About DSKTB-SКАТ

·The firm "DSKTB-SКАТ" Ltd was founded in 1999 by the professionals from the state defense industry and Ukrainian academic institutions with long working experience in the area of infra-read equipment and optics. Since its foundation the team of the enterprise has developed and applied in industry a series of special equipment, which are now widely used in industry. Among them:

· A set of telemetric equipment for automated Hot Box & Hot Wheel Detection of railway and subway rolling stock, ASDK-B and ASDK-BM respectively.

· Fast-acting portable infra-red source (overheated hot box imitator) controlled over a communication line by the tower equipment of the line control station ASDK-B (designed for the control and automated tuning of the channels of the remote measuring of the temperature of the hot box).

· Wheel sensors for the determination of the moment when wheel axis passes and position of wheel axis in respect with the detector.

· Detectors for the remote temperature control.

· The firm "DSKTB-SKAT" Ltd offers for the industrial application a new generation of smart optoelectronic contactless temperature sensors allowing for the wide-range temperature control of stationary and moving objects

· The firm "DSKTB-SKAT" Ltd is an authoritative expert of "Ukrzaliznytsya" in evaluation of testability of moving railway units for the temperature measurements of the axel components by IR measuring devices.

· The experience and potential of the firm "DSKTB-Skat" Ltd is represented by 400 Hot Box & Hot Wheel Detection System ASDKB installed at the main railway connection lines in Ukraine and by seven systems ASDK?BM installed in Kiev and Kharkov subway. The advantage for the industrial users – increase in the operational reliability of the moving units with simultaneous cutting down of the service expenses.

· Wheel sensors produced by the "DSKTB-SKAT" Ltd are certificated by the "Ukrzaliznytsya" services. More than 2000 wheel sensors are now in use and successful operation at the railways of Ukraine.

2003: first operation testing of the automated system for the diagnostic control at Kyiv subway.

2003.: Russian Federation patent for the «Wheel sensor for the determination of wheel axis location and counting of the axes»

2005.: the firm entered the top-list of 20 best Ukrainian enterprises according to the annual results presented by the National committee for the business rating.
